Release notes
Adding two new features:
- Debug mode showing which contexts are active and allowing quick access to the administration pages.
- Adding the ability to turn the site banner on and off through a new context hook.
Fixing a bug where the site banner would not be shown but blank spaces would be added to the site's body.
