Add patch to Advanced queue to cleanup advancedqueue table

In the longer term, we should make the switch to Drupal Core's queue system since Message Notify now supports this. In the short term, I was working on a Commons site that had ~500k rows in the advancedqueue table. It would be great to clean those out: #2054555: Cleanup of the advancedqueue table.
