Hello nikko_jefe,

I guess :

  • You have not installed the LimeSurvey software
  • or you have not correctly set the settings.php files regarding the LimeSurvey database connexion settings (host, username, database, table prefix).

Read the help section on the right of the picture you provide.
Configuring the LimeSurvey Sync module for the first time is not so easy but you have to succeed in order to use it.

I will add an introduction text expliciting it and providing links on the synchronization page.
