Using this patch: https://drupal.org/files/commerce_price_table-aggregate_product_quantiti... I got the following error:

Error: Missing configuration for parameter aggregate_products.

This within rule Override price with price table value from field_price_table

Thanks for going into this (I couldn't find the issue anymore where the patch is build..).
