This tag only includes #2167021: Revamp Libraries API integration.
We finally arrived at a canonical implementation of Libraries module. The Edit and Responsive Preview modules will also soon use this approach.
You may need to change the name of your minified Modernizr file moderniz.min.js to modernizr-min.js. Note the change of 'dot' to 'hyphen' in the file name.
The Status page /admin/reports/status now has more detailed information about the specific version and file that is load for each required library - Backbone, Underscore and Modernizr.
