Remove the default gray background and finesse the layout so that it handles various screen sizes better.

Zarabadoo commentedThis patch will add new styles when the commons media feature is enabled that removes the gray background and adjusts the layout for smaller screens.

devin carlson commentedTested #1 with an existing Commons site and confirmed that it improves the display of the media upload widget.
It would be better to #attach the CSS to the page render array but that can be left to a follow up issue.
Committed #1 to Commons 7.x-3.x.
