Hello,

My webform has captcha (ReCaptcha) and botcha enabled. I submitted it once, then returned to that page to submit it again. The second time around, the captcha was not displayed, although the title and instructions for the captcha were displayed. This means that the form cannot be submitted a second time, since the captcha cannot be viewed and completed.

This only seems to be happening in Safari both on Mac and Windows. Here is a lnik to the page in question: http://tinyurl.com/kb24rwc . Any ideas on what would cause this strange behavior?

I tested your site on chrome and got the same result.

I believe you have the "Omit challenges on all forms once the user successfully responds to any challenge on the site." setting enabled.
