When editing/adding an entity that contains conditional fields (https://drupal.org/project/conditional_fields), the conditional_fields.js is not included, disabling its functionality.

Not sure if this issue should be filed here or at conditional_fields.

Are you using the Advanced Aggregation module? If so, this is probably #2184375: Footer javascript added using drupal_add_js is not included in ajaxPageState. If not, then it's probably an issue in conditional_fields.

Since Drupal 7 is now end-of-life I am closing some old issues for the 7.x branch of this module. If this issue is still relevant for the 3.x branch of the module, then feel free to reopen it.
