I have created 2 fields to vote 'while viewing' and two for 'while editing' per node. For some reason the 'while viewing' fields do no display 'help text' entered in '(content type) settings' on the nodes. I am using Workflow and Review Modules along with Fivestar; Help text does not display when the content type is Live or being Edited.

The stars are all displaying correctly for these fields Live and while being edited.
I am able to vote and the vote is cast correctly while Live and while being edited.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I have also created 4 fields to vote while editing, the help text appears for all of these fields.
