Initial relise for FVL 2.

Changes compared to the previous branch

Now module works with fields of any entity, not just node.

Deleted as unnecessary:

• permission settings for each of the selected fields;
• option to display links to a value of a field for those who do not have access to view this value;

Added:

• ability to appoint text for a link that will replace a value of a field;
