Release notes

Releasing a stable release since there haven't been any major bugs found in beta3. Incorporates a few bug fixes found in the dev release for several months:

#1905938: Manage Tab only showing title in edit column
#1905868: Manage Images link on Upload New Items page points to wrong URL
#1908442: Error logs filled with "Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in node_gallery_api_tokens() (line 482..." messages
#1911314: Upload New Items tab is not shown with more relationships
#2050423: Strict warning: drupal_render() is pass by reference - theme_node_gallery_api_sort_items_form
#1933486: Users cannot upload to galleries they didn't create
