A new version of the timeago jQuery library has been released which adds a setting to disable timeago for dates in the past and includes translation support for more languages.

Tested #1 with an existing Commons site and verified that the timeago date type and automatically updating fuzzy timestamps continue to function properly.

Committed #1 to Commons 7.x-3.x.
