Hello,

A few adjustements for departements list in France (file location.fr.inc in location/supported folder):

'B2A' => "Corse-du-Sud (2A) ",
'B2B' => "Haute-Corse (2B) ",

are moved up because they are a former 'A20' => "Corse (20) " splited in two but still listed in 20th place.

'C76' => "Mayotte (976) ",
was missing and is added in last position.

Accentuated letters were missing and the file has been converted to UTF8 (without BOM).
