Autocomplete not working

Hello all,

I get the throbber.gif in my exposed text field but no result. I checked Network in Chrome's inspector and saw this:
autocomplete_filter/title/waste_lookup/page_1//cat

That resolves to a page with [ ].

Some more details:

I have 3 fields: Title, Location (custom text field), and Body. I'm filtering based on the Title field and using that as the Autocomplete field. I have tried with Title displayed and Excluded from Display.

I also tried just making a simple view with one field: Title, still no go. You can see it here: http://www.ovwrc.com/item-search .

Any ideas?

EDIT: I did a fresh, local install, migrated what I could over, and it is working again. Must have been some conflict with my previous install. Still not sure what though.
