In terms of a manual review:

I have installed the module and tested the functionality. It works as described.
However, I would ask what this module offers that doesn't already exist with the use of the "Rendered entity" formatter and custom view modes?
It would seem that the Transitive Formatter is limited to a single field while the use of a view mode would be a far more flexible solution.
