* Menu Token is on a beta version that has some critical bugs. Need to update to 1.x-dev
* Menu Token is not enabled in the make file. This is intentional (23fac2e68). This is because it causes errors during install. I'm guessing it's missing a dependency, so it's being enabled too early in the process.
* The AO feature has the menu links in code, but not registered in the ao.info file. This is a regression caused by 18c04ccb
