Where is the installation guide for SASS please?

Hello,

I'm trying to find a step-by-step installation guide which will tell me how to:

1) Install the Zurb Foundation base theme
2) Create a Zurb sub-theme
3) Set up a SASS compiler to manage the theme's CSS

I'm going round in circles because I gather I can't use Compass, and there are no instructions on how to get grunt, sass, foundation and the Drupal port of foundation working together.

Could somebody please point me in the right direction - I will gladly update the documentation page for this project with a guide once I know how to do this! :)

(At the moment, if you click "Read documentation" from the project homepage, you end up on a page which tells you how to set up jQuery update and... well, that's about it - quite confusing!).
