Update manualcrop.make to match Drupal.org Whitelist

We're bundling manualcrop in the next version of Panopoly (1.4). However, for Drupal.org to build Panopoly correctly, all libraries included in .make files need to be on the Drupal.org Whitelist:

Both jquery.imgareaselect (as of yesterday) and jquery.imagesloaded are on there, but jquery.imagesloaded has a slightly different URL pattern (https vs http).

I'll attach a patch in a moment which updates the manualcrop.make file so it matches the whitelist and Panopoly 1.4 can build. :-)
