Adding the SingleSelection option

First of all thanks to Scryver for providing this nice porting of ImageMapster.
I'm providing a patch to add the possibility to single select an area of the map which was mandatory for the project I am working in.
I added proper variables, the configuration to the admin panel, and the uninstall behavior.

I also suggest the author to publish this as a full module.
