Problem/Motivation

It's no longer possible to switch on a test module and reproduce failures. An obscure settings shit is not a solution.

Proposed resolution

Remove the unwanted removal of hidden from info and then drush can enable the modules again.

You can explicitly opt-in to ruin your site's performance by enabling a setting in settings.php.

cf. #2198713: Add a settings.php variable to allow to discover/enable test extensions at regular runtime
