Document the problem that saving an entity's overridden Panelizer display will cause Pathauto to reset the entity's URL alias. The solution is to either install Pathauto Persistent State or apply the latest patch from https://www.drupal.org/node/936222.

* Saving an entity's overriden Panelizer display (i.e. nodes, etc) can cause the
  entity's path alias to be reset. This is an outstanding bug in Pathauto
  v7.x-1.2 and can be resolved by either installing Pathauto Persistent State
  (https://www.drupal.org/project/pathauto_persist) or applying the latest
  patch from https://www.drupal.org/node/936222.
