Dollar sign hard coded in confirmation emails.

The dollar sign is hard coded in the store.module so that the transation confirmation (to site owner) email always shows US dollars, even for international stores, using different symbols.

Monthly Summary
…
Sales: $x.xx
…

The attached patch will use the setting from the payment prices settings. The patch will place the currency in the correct location too. Not sure if it needs to check for payment.module since Ecommerce transcation emails seem useless without payment module?
