When Page Manager is enabled for a view mode to work there should be a clearer warning on the appropriate admin page.

A bit of an improvement, it now gives a warning on entity bundle settings pages (e.g. content type 'edit' forms) if the corresponding entity display is not enabled in Page Manager.
