I think the last thing to finish is #1811780: Update genpass_password to include best elements of Drupal 7 user_password.

2 other things that could be worth fixing before the release:

#3114933: Optionally hide the password field for admins
#3110927: Add Action Plugin to set a random password for existing user(s)

and only the Integration with Password Policy out of the box ( even without this need, as it's nice to have )

I just made another beta release that will hopefully help pass the password policy rules. I'd like to make 2 more fixes in the near term (now mentioned in the issue summary) and then make a final stable release after that.
