A Columns paragraph would solve a pretty simple use case where you want to divide content into multiple Flexbox columns on the page. The supports sub-paragraphs would be Text, Embed and "From Library" in order to keep nesting to a minimum (which would be bad UX).

We will need a graphic for the paragraphs browser module. We will also need to update documentation and add behat tests.

This PR adds the Columns SVG to the rain_columns feature. Right now we are testing against an archives branch.

PR is merged into the archives branch. We are testing updated with #3100055: Create Block Paragraph feature. Once that ticket is complete we will merge back into the develop branch and tag.
