When adding a Wizard Page, I go to "Advanced" and I can not see "Element Attributes". After saving, same thing when editing

If I change the page to any other type, I can then see "Element Attributes". I add in a custom css and then Save.

Edit and change back to wizard page and Element Attributes stays.

Is it possible to have the element attributes show at the creation of the wizard page instead of this inconsistent behavior?

same issue with 5.16, I'm using 5.13 right now for a client that can't upgrade away from 8.7.x right now.

In Drupal 9.01 with Webform 6.0.0-apha8, I cannot see and wizard (anything) on the add elements page of a form

Forget this. It is in Add Page, not element
