Ensure entities are uploaded as untranslated

Problem/Motivation

Occasionally, entity titles will show up on the Lingotek dashboard in a language other than the default, since that’s the way they’re loaded from the static cache. It doesn’t seem to be a bug in the Lingotek module, and it could just be an installation-specific issue. However, it would still make sense to ensure that the untranslated variants are loaded before uploading.
