Problem/Motivation

Need support for D10. Right now there is support for D8 and D9.

Steps to reproduce

Install a clean D10 instance. Try to add commerce_maib module. It won't be able to be enabled.

Proposed resolution

Adjust the code and .info file yml for D10 support.
