• Update on high-profile repeat offender incident. Was contacted directly in order to give summary of incidents + action plan, however chose to resign from community rather than read it.
• Discussed incident about project ownership with the DA, they will only intervene if there's a clear policy violation. Employer's concerns are that these projects were done with significant company time, and this is now unclear.

Action Items

• George to reach out to Dries to draft letter thanking repeat-offender for their service, supporting their decision.
• Adam to close loop with incident reporter around repeat-offender.
• Donna to introduce George, who will act as "shuttle diplomat" in project ownership issue, trying to reach middle position (e.g. address with co-maintainership, company logo on "sponsored by").
• Donna to reach out to DA to get background on the account ownership issue with project ownership users
• Angie to finalize draft of D8 Accelerate proposal and send to CWG / D8 Accelerate for approval.

Next week.

• Proactively discuss how to introduce guidelines for repeat offenders who return to the community.
• Raise discussion about taking repeat offender policy discussion to the community.
• George will be absent.
