Agenda
* George gave an update on project ownership dispute. Many issues now resolved. General agreement that this has now gone beyond the remit of the CWG, and the right place to take it forward is the LWG. Final issues to be referred to the Licensing Working Group (LWG).
* Angie posted the action plan process to the queue for feedback, and invited some key people in the community to take a look and respond. We've reviewed comments so far, and welcome further discussion. Agreed this is good opportunity for all of us to engage publicly in important policy development.

George to contact licensing group to resolve remaining issues, and reach out to both parties to close the loop.
