Hi,
I've just installed the FCKeditor to work with Drupal 6 and it was quite easy, following the readme.txt to make it work, but I've found a problem that could a bad config from my side, but it's driving me crazy, so I'd appreciate if you can give me a hint. I enabled IMCE to browse and insert the images, and I found that the "Browse Server" button only shows for the admin user, not for the others (I've a couple of roles, and it's not working for any of them). I've double checked the permissions and I can't find any problem there.
If you can give me a hint about the configurations I've to check to enable the button for the rest of the users it would be deeply appreciated.

Well, I answer myself... I had to grant "file upload" permission (something not always desired)

Status: Fixed » Closed (fixed)

Automatically closed -- issue fixed for two weeks with no activity.

I'm adding the answer here because this post shows up top in google searches for people who need to figure out how to enable the "browse server" button for roles other than user-1. If the browse server button is not showing:
Go to IMCE settings [admin/config/media/imce] and either edit the profiles available, or (easier) allow other roles to use the user-1 settings.

Works in Drupal 7 also.
