BrightPlum will be sponsoring at the Community level

- Retrieve their information from the Sponsorship Questionnaire
- Add a Sponsor node on midcamp.org with that information
- Add the submitter and any other emails they've given as users on midcamp.org with the "Sponsor" role.
- Inform those users of their accounts and provide instructions on how they can post jobs.
