Great module, it works great! However, it was incredibly slow (one term per 5 seconds) until I temporarily disabled pathauto. The slowness seemed to get worse as I uploaded CSV with higher levels of hierarchy. Since pathauto is so popular, it should be mentioned in the docs possibly.

Hi,

Thanks for your report. I add a warning before import process (in release 6.x-4.1), so the user knows he can only import few terms if he lets pathauto enabled (he doesn't lose his configuration and can make a bulk generate after import process).
