Remove hardcoded number of multiple values [#582700]

Is there any technical reason for having the field settings for multiple values as an hardcoded select list? Can we provide an empty textfield to fill in with the desired value? (from 0 to 99 where 0 means unlimited).

I'm not sure if there's a reason for the 1-10 select list, but here's a patch that should do what you're looking for.

Actually, I just realized my patch doesn't address unlimited multiple values, for which you'd put -1 in the text field. Perhaps a UI person would have an idea of how to incorporate that into the description text for the field, or maybe that's why it was a select list in the first place.
