On admin/config/regional/settings the individual Date Format containers have overflow: auto; which causes the containers to scroll.

This patch removes the overflow: auto; and fixes the problem.

Tested in Safari 4 and Firefox 3 Mac.

This issue has a patch for d6, but the description seems written for d7. Perhaps this was an issue in an early version of d7, but it appears to no longer be a problem.
