If you allow anonymous users to upload audio any user not logged in has the same uid and can then edit the posts.

Patch adds a permission 'edit own audio' and check like story module.

haven't gotten to evaluate your patch yet, but i did want to let you know that it's not a proper patch per se. it looks like you omitted some of the text from the top.
