Assign node title correctly in FTP harvest

The FTP harvest module does not assign node title correctly. In case you FTP harvest, then create node and assign a CCK field as an attachment, the node title will be empty instead of filename.

Attaching a patch which fixes that, keeping backwards compatibility to ensure nothing breaks in other modules.
