support for opensocial.Address field in ShindigIntegratorDbFetcher::getPeople

Hi,

I believe the attached patch add and test support for opensocial.Address field in ShindigIntegratorDbFetcher::getPeople.

Please note, it also adds { } around db query, for them to be prefixed when running from tests.

Feel free to review it for inclusion in next release of ShindigIntegrator.
