When clicking on a tab in the WYSIWYG browser, drupal behaviors are not currently loaded. For instance, the 'Add from URL' does not load AJAX previews, and if you add vertical tabs to a form, they are not processed either.

I completed this work (at least as complete as it is now). The new browser has been folded into the main code and experimental includes have been removed :)
