Hi all,

I enabled all the import and export quiz modules.

I see options to import / re-import and export questions. But I can't find anything for exporting results.

Please let me know if this is possible and how?

It is possible!

You find it here: admin/quiz/reports/results

And I've commited a change so that you'll also find it through the import/export menu.
