Is it possible to give the anonymous user the option for sending a copy?
Does anybody know if this can be done?

Not a good idea. The anonymous user will be able to enter an email address. Spammers will find your form, use it repeatedly to spam huge lists of email addresses, and it looks like the spam is coming from your site/domain. It's a good way to get blacklisted. And admin will get to deal with lots of spam too, because they'll also get a copy.

Is there also a problem when using Captcha?

Before installing Captcha i got a spam within a week.
Right after this i installed Captcha. No fake mails since then.

With recieving a copy mail. You recieve the admin mail address. Just tried.
But can this be changed?

But a program will not fill captcha? What's the problem with sending anonymous a copy than?
If there still is a problem. What about a no reply address (fictive in case)?
