improve and cleanup .info files

Please see core .info files. We should follow that example and I don't think blank lines are necessary here (we really need blank lines on a 6-line file?)

@Ralf, I'd appreciate you taking a look at #761334: Organize Examples in a way that the whole project can be understood and #767204: API.drupal.org: Rework Doxygen comments so people can navigate the comments. It looks like you have a lot of curator in you, and the challenges of getting both D6 and D7 cleaned up (in terms of presentation of running code to the user, code itself, and presentation on api.drupal.org) are lots. Your help there would be very welcome. If you'd like, we could skype or IRC chat about this a bit.

Actually, the descriptions in this patch can be re-used in several places in the project: readme.txt, the project home page, the .info files and so, but the patch requires a reroll because some modules have been removed or changed.

I think we can do all this stuff once #866440: missing and broken cvs id gets commited, and review the readme.txt and project page.

Actually, it is not a bug at all.

OK - sorry I let this sit so long. Here's Ralf's patch, with davereid's suggestions. A couple of modules have moved around in the meantime.
