Which does not exists anymore in D7. You get a WSOD when trying clicking on the 'enable/disable developer modules' link. Destination is passed on into the url, so removing that function is good enough. Patch attached.

Hm. http://api.drupal.org/api/function/statistics_exit/7 uses $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER'] directly now.

The purpose is different from the usual destination here - that menu callback does not get a destination, so after doing its job, it intends to route back to the originating page.

When I use the "enable/disable developer modules" link I get the following WSOD error, which I presume is related to this issue (if not let me know and I will open a new one):
Fatal error: Call to undefined function referer_uri() admin_menu.inc on line 724

This is using the latest dev versions (as of 10/9/2010) of Admin Menu, Devel, and Devel Themer.

D'oh! Sorry, I was totally mistaken and didn't realize we're talking about the developer modules toggle callback.

Thanks for reporting, reviewing, and testing! Committed to HEAD.

A new development snapshot will be available within the next 12 hours. This improvement will be available in the next official release.
