Need a little help here

Plz, could you explain a little the statement you made about your module:

...a proof of concept that does a very simple thing: a single setting page, a single upload page, and content goes into an imagefield on a single node using the HTML5 or HTML4 widgets...

I dont undestand the bold part, i dont find the upload page, i dont know how to reach it. The only thing i find is the admin page and where to put the libraries (figure out looking inside the module)...

Could you bring some light plz?
