In trying to make the color schemes more attractive, I hit the limit that you cannot recolor Node Titles. As these are important semantic elements, they enable a more suble coloration than just backgrounds (and the links) as we have it now.
Enabling the headers to be recolored would allow for something like this:

The attached patch adds a new color setting "contentheaders" to make this possible.

Node teaser titles get the same color als full node titles.

Jeff Burnz commentedPushing to D8, we just dont have time for this in D7 dude, its nice idea but we did go over colorable elements quite some time ago (months and months ago). Very few people are working on Bartiks existing bugs and this is going to mean a whole lot more work.
