Spin-off from #720038: Mollom integration

- Removes the [privatemsg] fieldset from the new message and reply form. In 6.x-2.x, this is necessary to have the mollom from integrate itself correctly and has already been done in 7.x-1.

- Renames pmid to mid for the delete confirmation form

- Fixes a PHP 5.3 issue in privatemsg_attachments

- This will break existing hook_form_privatemsg_new_alter() implementations.
