I have wished for a while that there would be an Accessibility co-maintainer. I have asked Brandon Bowersox, who has been active in Drupal Core accessibility issues and he has agreed that he would be willing to participate as an accessibility co-maintainer.

I have pointed Brandon to this issue to confirm.

Yes, I'm excited about this. I had mentioned to @Everett that I would like to commit to watching for any issues tagged as accessibility and trying to give them support. This doesn't mean that I expect to program solutions myself, instead I want to give advice and post discussion threads on the Accessibility group so that our community is collaborating and is involved in helping solve the issues.

I've attached what I believe is the correct patch, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

I think you can set this to RTBC without anyone else needing to review the patch. :)

The patch in #1 seems more likely to apply correctly (more context).
