Layers created with the 'raw' type through hook_openlayers_layers() are missing the drupalID.
I tracked it down to openlayers/includes/layer_types/js/raw.js line 9 - there's a commented out line that looks like it was intended to pass the drupalID. The patch fixes this.
Uncommenting the line options.options.drupalID = options.drupalID; throws the javascript TypeError: "options.options is undefined" (Firefox 3.6.8)
The patch defines options.options before adding the drupalID to it.
