Ajax.inc attach behavior broken for submit buttons, typos and missing properties

Primarily , in javascript the uppercase true is an error, and the property that is being set is not even correct.

There is no 'set_click' property, but there is 'setClick' which is tested for later.

If you don't set the 'event' for the submit buttons it causes critical errors.
