Without this, DHTML menus, CSS menus, etc will be underneath the applet.
function mollom_reports_page() {
$embed_attributes = array(
'src' => 'http://mollom.com/statistics.swf?key=' . check_plain(variable_get('mollom_public_key', '')),
'quality' => 'high',
'width' => '100%',
'height' => '430',
'name' => 'Mollom',
'align' => 'middle',
'play' => 'true',
'loop' => 'false',
'allowScriptAccess' => 'sameDomain',
'type' => 'application/x-shockwave-flash',
'pluginspage' => 'http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer',
'wmode' => 'opaque', // Add this so DHTML menus and such will go OVER the Flash element
);
// ...
Not always with embedding this way because is not valid XHTML (or HTML for that matter) but nobody really validates the back-end HTML so I guess it's okay here.

sunActually, it needs to use wmode 'transparent' to make browsers apply a z-index on it. See #195386: Menu under flash content for detailed debugging information.
